As a Retail Grooming Assistant, you will:
Provide customers with outstanding customer service and an exceptional in-store experience.
Work proactively as part of our team
Perform day-to-day operations of the store
Assist our team in the grooming department
To be successful in this role you must have:
Minimum 2years experience working in a busy retail store
Must be able to work Saturday mornings as required
A knowledge of the health and care of pets, including dogs, cats and small animals
A genuine love and concern for the wellbeing of all animals
A passion for retail
Exceptional customer service skills
The ability to work fast in a team as well as autonomously
Excellent communication skills
A can-do, hands on attitude
